These terms apply to all visitors, business owners who submit listings, and any other users of the platform.

2. Business Listing Rules

Businesses that submit listings on PkBizGuide must follow these rules:

• All information submitted must be accurate, current, and truthful. No fake or misleading listings are permitted.
• You must be the authorized representative of the business you are listing, or have explicit permission to list it.
• Listings must include a real business name, valid address in Pakistan, and correct contact details.
• Businesses offering illegal products or services under Pakistani law are strictly prohibited.
• Duplicate listings for the same business will be removed without notice.
• PkBizGuide reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these rules or our content standards.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of PkBizGuide agree to the following:

• Contact details displayed on business listings must only be used for legitimate business enquiries. Any misuse, spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial communication using data from our directory is strictly prohibited.
• You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from PkBizGuide without prior written consent.
• You may not use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or any harmful content.
• Reviews submitted must be genuine, based on real experiences, and must not constitute defamation or false statements.

4. Disclaimer

PkBizGuide is an online directory platform. While we make reasonable efforts to verify business listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by third-party business owners. PkBizGuide is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in third-party listing information, and users should independently verify details before engaging with any listed business. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PkBizGuide that is created by us — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of PkBizGuide / Digital Skills House and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Business owners retain ownership of their own submitted business information.

6. Takedown Policy

If you are a business owner and wish to have your listing removed from PkBizGuide, or if you believe a listing contains inaccurate, harmful, or unlawful information, you can submit a removal request by emailing:

Please include your business name, the URL of the listing, and the reason for your request. We aim to review all takedown requests within 7 business days. We reserve the right to retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PkBizGuide, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including any reliance on listing information provided by third parties. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani rupees).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of PkBizGuide shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

PkBizGuide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
